Rather than wiping the slate clean and painting over what existed, this artwork was created by integrating the old print directly into new layers and filling the canvas with vibrant geometric fields, flowing water, and emerging shapes. 

It serves as a visual metaphor for how we navigate our lives: our past is never erased or regretted, but rather upcycled into the starting point for our present, offering us the most unique palette to paint who we are becoming.
