Inspiration behind this Artwork: One of my favorite morning rituals since 2013 has been making art. For about 15-20 minutes, I forget about my meetings, to-do's, and chores, and let my pen follow my heart. I never know what will come out on the paper. Once, a bunch of lines and shapes turned into a heart with three words that we all yearn for - Joy, Peace, and Love. It wasn't a coincidence.

This artwork is an invitation to live every day with more love, joy, and peace. It reminds us to take a moment to refuel, recharge, and receive these blessings without resistance. I hope this artwork serves as a reminder to you to receive more love openly. I created this art in 2015 in the suburbs of Houston, TX on 5"x7" Mixed Media paper with Pen & Ink.
