Inspiration behind this Artwork: Monarch butterflies are  my inspiration for this art. These delicate creatures move with such grace and beauty as they flutter from one flower to another. I often observe them in my backyard, admiring the way they flutter their tiny wings and go with the flow. Despite their small size, they are incredibly important to our ecosystem, reminding us that every living thing has a purpose to serve.

This realization inspired me to create a drawing that captures the essence of the butterfly, and I hope it serves as a reminder to everyone to approach their work and life with joy and grace. The artwork was created in 2018 on 5"x7" mixed media paper using pen and ink. It was born during the winter in Houston, Texas.
